San Francisco’s own Outside Lands announced the line-up for the 2012 festival today. The annual extravaganza will be hosted August 10-12 at Golden Gate park. Headliners include Stevie Wonder, Foo Fighters, Norah Jones, The Kills, and Skrillex. The Bay’s own Metallica and Neil Young will be making their first appearance at the 5 year-old festival.
